What are some benefits of joining the firm?
Some of the most obvious benefits are keeping your resume and licenses current, while balancing a full home life. We offer the most flexible and ideal work solution for any professional in the country. We also offer employees access to retirement benefits and financial planning through Citigroup's Smith Barney division.

How will I know if I have been accepted?
Once we have received your application and resume on-line, a representative from F/E will call you to set up a time for a phone interview. The application process typically takes two weeks and you will be notified of our decision either by mail or by phone.

Why is there an application and an application fee?
We ask employees to fill out an application because our success is wholly dependent upon providing consistency and quality to our customers. The application helps us get a sense of each person and what his/her goals are in joining our team. The one-time application fee of $300.00 is used to cover our costs associated with the background check and numerous hours spent tracking down references and referrals for each applicant. Additionally, this fee includes a one year Business Gold Membership to Regus, which in itself is valued at $300.00.

If I sign up, how long am I obligated to Flexible Executives?
Typically, an applicant signs up for one calendar year.

What happens if one of the clients that you put me in touch with wants to hire me full time?
Believe it or not, this happens all too often! Our clients are usually so impressed with our employees that they want to hire them away! If you are approached, please notify your contact person from F/E.

Can I choose when I work and how many projects I take on?

Does the firm offer health care?
No, we do not currently offer health care benefits at this time. Virtually all of our employees work to supplement additional income either from a spouse or primary job. Therefore, the costs would not warrant an offering at this time.

What if I only want a few projects a year?
No problem, we want each one of our executives to work as much or a little as they would like. Remember that whenever you are solicted for a project, you always have the option of saying no if the timing isn't right.

If I have a face-to-face meeting with a client, what do I do about childcare?

Give us a call and we may be able to help. We have established discounted rates with some of the best nanny agencies in the country for last minute in-
home childcare.

What is the pay structure?
Each employee is billed out at a rate that is commensurate with his/her experience. The fee is formulated using the hourly rate that the employee most recently charged for his/her time, the demand for those services and other factors. Each individual rate will be established once you become an employee of Flexible Executives.

Do I become an employee of Flexible Executives or am I an independent contractor?
All of our executives serve as independent contractors, and receive a 1099 at year-end. Once you become part of the Flexible Executives network, an employment contract is included in your welcome packet which offers more details.

Do you donate to charities?
Yes, 10% of our profits are donated to various charities that focus on women and childrens issues. One month
each year we direct our donation to pet-
friendly charities.

Can I moonlight and keep my current job?
Yes, we have several employees who do this to supplement their income. However, it is up to the applicant to gain approval from their current employer for any outside work done for
Flexible Executivesand the Flexible Executives brand must be the only brand represented to our clients.

Do I pay Flexible Executives directly?
Yes, all billing is from Flexible Executives and we ask for 50% of the project fee for the employee's time up front and the remainder upon completion.

Can I hire more than one executive at one time?
Absolutely! Once your company is a registered customer of Flexible Executives, you can have several projects ongoing simultaneously, and each project may employ as many F/E executives as is necessary to complete the projects.

What if my project is more hands-on and I need an employee in my office?
While we do some on location work for established customers, that is really not the niche of our company. We prefer to target project based work that can be done over the internet or via telephone and fax.

Do I get to pick who works on my project and how much I am willing to pay?
Yes! That is the beauty of our company. Each customer is able to review all resumes that would be appropriate for each particular project. If you are working within a budget, you can also sort the candidates by those who fall within your hourly price range. Also, any project capped at a certain amount will not be exceeded without your consent.

What if I am not satisfied with the work done on my project?
Your satisfaction is our ultimate priority. If for some reason you are unhappy with the work that has been done for you, we ask that you call us directly to work out a reasonable solution.

Do you donate to charities?
